POLICY

Milta is always available 24/7 with our standard delivery and payment methods! We meet your expectations with our standard policy.

Delivery Policy

Customers can expect the order to arrive between two and four business days following the order date. Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered later in the upcoming week. Any delivery delays will be explained to customers by phone or email with the delay information.

Damage

Consumers should be aware of the damage at the time of the delivery.

We will immediately return the product if the damage is detectable during the opening. Instead of late detection, consumers are recommended to look for damage instantly.

Return

We cannot accept product returns if the end-user has activated or used the product. The return policy is accepted for 14 days without the product being used or activated and can be notified by mail with a valid reason. Since we are distributors, customers can claim from the concerned provider.

Refund

We will only process a refund if the buyer sends an email stating a valid reason for the return and for the refund. The consumer will receive a credit note once our refund procedure is approved, after which the money will either be returned via bank transfer or the original payment method.
