When you contact our support team, your Merchant ID (MID) & Terminal ID (TID) are crucial. They are usually displayed on the header of all the receipts. Additionally, you can also locate the details on the terminal. Just swipe down from the top twice & select “Launcher”. Then select “Diagnostics” & “Merchant Information”. The MID or TID will show up on the screen.
If your terminal gets frozen or runs into sum problem, a hard reboot can solve it. Turn the terminal over & open the back cover. Unplug the battery through the white cable & plug the battery back into the socket & restart the terminal.
If you encounter any VAA Error, Initialising Error or Communication Error on the terminal app, clearing the cache on your terminal might resolve it. Swipe down from the top & hit the Settings icon. Press Apps & notifications. Find the Milta B2B app & click the relevant icon. Press Storage & press CLEAR CACHE. Restart your terminal.
